From a landscape architect to a plant-based chef and interdisciplinary artist.
Patarita Tassanarapan, also known as KG, is a Thai, plant-based chef, and interdisciplinary artist based in London. She has been developing her creative practice from her background in landscape architecture and her master’s degree in MFA Spatial Performance & Design at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, and now she is a chef at Som Saa, London. She practices a wide range of arts including installation, sound composition, painting, illustration, photography, videography, and cooking. Currently, she is investigating her curiosity in food culture and participatory art, aiming to create a new dining experience that connects humans with their landscapes and one another.
